Where are the good subs??

I wonder sometimes where all the good subs have gone. We need subs that can follow teacher's plans and have good management skills. Take time to teach our children what they have already learned when the teacher is not present. It would be a great experience !!!

    It is important that subs follow teacher's lesson plans so that everything will go smoothly. I have been through this when I was teaching in the classroom and it is difficult the next day for me when they sub does not follow "the plans".
